Leveled Mgmt is a luxury, full-service short-term rental management company run by Skylar and Brady Schrank. We manage Airbnb and vacation rentals in two Southern California markets: Newport Beach and the Orange County coast, and San Diego from the coast up through North County. We run them as full management, not co-hosting, so we handle the entire operation: listing and pricing, 24/7 guest communication, cleaning and turnovers, maintenance, permit and tax compliance, and monthly owner reporting. Our fee starts at 12% of gross booking revenue, month to month, with a one-time onboarding fee and no long-term lock-in.

We work with owners who would rather hand the whole thing off than run it themselves, or who are tired of a big company treating their home like one more unit in a spreadsheet. If that's you, and you want a real operator you can text instead of a call center, that's exactly what we do.
